This product may be used to help with symptoms of pre/post-menopausal, PMS, Vaginal Dryness, Hot Flashes, and Postpartum.

Ingredients:  Red Clover, Chickweed, Damiana, Blue Vervain, Ginger, Ashwagandha, Dandelion, Fenugreek, Holy Basil, Saw Palmetto, and Red Raspberry. 

Serving Size: 1 teaspoon

Recommended Dosage: 1 teaspoon in 8oz of spring water, twice daily

Steep Time: 8-10 minutes
